1. AGREEMENT
This agreement describes the terms that govern the use of the online services provided by CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL to you through our web site, including all content, updates, and new versions, (collectively, the "Services"). Included for reference:

2. YOUR RIGHTS
2.1 The services are protected by copyright laws, commercial secret, and other laws that protect intellectual property. You are only granted the right to use the services for the purposes described by CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL. We reserve all other rights of the Services. We grant you until the termination of this Agreement, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited access and license to use the Services provided the subscriber has met all applicable payment obligations in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2 You agree not to use or authorize any third party to use the services or content in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation or this Agreement. You agree you will not be able to:
- Provide access to or give access of the service to any Third Party.
- Reproduce, modify, copy, deconstruct, sell, market or resell the Services.
- Make the services available on any file exchange or hosting service application.
3. PAYMENT
In reference to the services offered with your subscription. The following applies to the user who pays for the services, unless ACCOUNTING.GLOBAL notifies otherwise in writing. The subscription has an annual cost of 350.00 USD and when simultaneous subscriptions are requested, the cost per additional simultaneous subscription is 50.00 USD.
Technical Support costs when requested by the subscriber are as follows:
- Technical Support in subscriber´s facilities are 20.00 USD per hour, in addition to costs related to lodging, airfare when necessary
The following are the payment options:
- Credit card or debit card;
- Western Union;Bank Transfers;
- Other payment options provided in writing by CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL.
If your payment and registry information is not precise, current, complete, and/or you do not notify us when changes are made, we can suspend or cancel your account.
To prevent service interruptions you must notify us about changes about your payment information (for example, credit card number, expiration date). You must notify your bank or credit card provider that the suscriptor authorize CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL to debit your credit or debit card when the annual fee is due.
Your service subscription will automatically renew, according to the current prices at that time, unless your have canceled the service or have terminated according to the agreement.
The cancellation terms or renewal of service will be available to the suscriptor in the web site or will be notified by email.
CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL reserves the right to change services and prices. We will disclose changes on our website and/or send notifications via email. Changes will not affect your subscription if the services are canceled or terminated within the agreed period.
4. REFUNDS
In reference to refunds, whether it be full or partial. You must request in writing or call Customer Service about your claim, ACCOUNTING.GLOBAL determine your case and will respond within 48 business hours.
Take into consideration that CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL provides a 90-day free trials so that you can analyze, decide, and contract the services offered with your subscription.
5. USE WITH YOU MOBILE DEVICE
The use of synthesis services may be available through a compatible mobile device and Internet. You agree that you are solely responsible for the requirements, including changes, updates and applicable rates, as well as the terms of your contract with the provider of your device and mobile telecommunication services.
CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL makes no warranties of any kind, either express, implied or statutory in regards of:
The availability of telecommunications services from your provider and availability of access to services at any time or from anywhere;
Any loss, damage, or other security intrusion of your telecommunications services; and Any disclosure of information to third parties or the transmittal of any data, communications or adjustments linked to services.
6. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can review CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL´s Privacy Statement provided for the services and in the web page. You agree to our privacy statement and any changes published by us. You agree that we use and maintain your data in accordance with CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL's privacy statement, as part of the Services. You give CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL permission to combine the identifiable and unidentifiable information you enter or added to the service together with that of other users of the Services and / or other services we may provide. For example, we may use non-personal identifiable information added by you and other users to improve services or to design promotions and provide ways for you to compare business practices with other users. We are a global company and can access or store personal information in several countries, outside the country or registry to the extent permitted by the law.

All activity related to investment opportunities, applications, chain letters, pyramid schemes, other unsolicited commercial communication or engaging in spam of any kind are prohibited. We may disclose any information necessary to satisfy our legal obligations, our protection and that of our clients, or to operate the services correctly. In our sole discretion, we may refuse to send, remove or refuse to remove, any content, in whole or in part, if it claims to be unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate, or in violation of this Agreement.

Consult with a competent professional when you need assistance in the mentioned subjects..
8.2 CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL can inform you about other services that it may offer. You can receive non obligatory offers of other services, products or promotions that may be available at any time. Additional terms and conditions and fees may apply. With some of our services you can upload or enter your account information: such as names, addresses and phone numbers, etc. You grant ACCOUNTING.GLOBAL permission to use information about your business and experience to help us improve current and future services. You grant ACCOUNTING.GLOBAL permission to combine data from your company, and that of others in a way that it does not identify the user or any individual directly. You also grant us permission to share or publish the summary results of data and research and to distribute or license to third parties.
8.3 ACCOUNTING.GLOBAL may be required by law to send you communications about services or products of third parties that may affect you in any way. The user accepts that we can send these communications through the email or through publication in our websites.
8.4 You manage your passwords and accept updates by use of the site. You are responsible for the secure management of your account´s password(s) and for contacting ACCOUNTING.GLOBAL if you are aware of any unauthorized access to your account. 9. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES ARE TO MEASURE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, LOSS OF DATA, NON INTERFERENCE WITH OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, OR TRUTH, RELIABILITY, QUALITY OR CONTENT OR LINKED TO THE SERVICES. WE AND OUR AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES ARE SECURE, FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION. IF THE EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO YOU, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR DELIVERY OF THE SERVICES, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST..
9.2 CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL MEET OR GUARANTEE THE COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LEGAL OBLIGATION, OR LAW, OR REGULATION.
10. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY LIMITATIONS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIABILITY TO CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. ACCORDING TO GOVERNING LAW, CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: (A) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; (B) DAMAGES RELATING TO TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INTERNET, ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, CORRUPTION, SECURITY, LOSS OR THEFT OF DATA, VIRUSES, SPACE PROGRAMS, BUSINESS LOSS, REVENUE, PROFITS OR INVESTMENT. USE OF SOFTWARE OR HARDWARE THAT DOES NOT MEET SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS OF OUR WEBSITE. THE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL AND ITS AFFILIATES AND/OR SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS AGREEMENT ESTABLISHES THE LIABILITY OF CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL, ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES AND THEIR USE.
You agree to indemnify and hold CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL, its affiliates, and suppliers free of any and all claims, liabilities and expenses, including fees and reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of your use of the services or breach of this agreement (collectively referred to as "claims"). CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any claim. You agree to reasonably cooperate as requested by CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL in the defense of any claim.
11. CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, and changes will be effective when published through services, website services, or when we notify you by other means. CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL may change or discontinue the services, in whole or in part. Your continued use of the services indicates acceptance of Changes.
12. CANCELATIONS
CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL may, at its sole discretion and without notice terminate this agreement or suspend the service if you fail to comply with this agreement or if you disagree to receive electronic communications. Upon cancelation, the service should cease to use the services and pay any outstanding payments thar are due. The termination of this Agreement shall not affect the rights of CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL toward any payments. We may terminate any free-trial account at anytime. Paragraphs 2.2, 3 to 15 will survive and will remain in force even if the agreement is terminated.
13. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
You acknowledge that the services, including mobile applications, and the underlying software may include technical data subject to restrictions under the laws of export control and regulations administered by the Government of the United States. You agree that you want to comply with these laws and regulations, and not to export or re-export any portion of the services in violation of laws and regulations, directly or indirectly.
14. APPLICABLE LAWS
State of Florida laws govern this agreement, regardless of laws governing the subscribers place of residence.
15. DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim related in any way with the services or this agreement will be resolved by arbitration, and not in court, except claims in small claims court if their claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and application of this provision; the arbitrator shall apply Florida law for all other matters. However any provision to the contrary, any party to the arbitration may at any time request mandates or other forms of equitable relief from a Court of competent jurisdiction. All parties agree that any dispute must be presented in individual capacity of parts and not as plaintiff or class in any class or procedure. By accepting this agreement and its acceptance of arbitration, you and CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL agree to wave the right to file a complaint and the right to a trial by jury. In addition, in accordance with the right to participate in a class action or litigate in collective action. The user expressly accepts with knowledge it renounces these rights.
16. GENERAL
This agreement, including the additional terms below, makes up the entire agreement between you and CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL and supersedes all previous agreements, communications and agreements, oral or written, regarding this matter. If a court of law with jurisdiction decides that any part of this Agreement is invalid, the section will be removed without affecting the rest of the agreement. The remaining terms will be valid and applicable. The 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement. You may not assign or transfer ownership of this Agreement to any person without the written consent of CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL. However, we may assign or transfer without your consent to (a) a member, (b) a company through a sale of assets by CONTABILIDAD.GLOBAL or (c) a successor by merger. Any assignment in violation of this section shall be void.
